THINGS TO KNOW
We want you to be well prepared & comfortable for your incredible vacation so here are some things to know.
CHECKING IN, CHECKING OUT & WEEKLY RATES:
We are a 7 night rental in high season and will not be able to accommodate nightly rentals.
Check in is strictly at 5pm.
Check out is strictly at 10am.

Rates change per season but range from $3,500 to $5,000
The cleaning fee is $300.
There are no additional taxes or service fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations at least 60 days before check-in date = full refund.

Cancellations between 30 and 45 days before check in = 50% refund.

Cancellations less than 30 days before check in will not receive a refund.
HOUSE RULES
We do not allow pets.
No smoking inside the home.
No commercial photography or video.
No large parties or events.
Ten person. Six adult person maximum.
This is our second home, please be kind.
